Need to return something?

No problem. If you’ve bought something from our catalogue and need to return it to us, so long as it’s unused and in its original packaging, we’ll be more than happy to give you a refund. This must be within 28 days of receiving your order.

If you've asked us to find you something that isn’t in our standard catalogue, please call us to discuss with our sales team, as sometimes we can’t refund bespoke items. 

Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of return delivery. 

Made an order and changed your mind?

If you placed an order and don’t need it anymore, you can cancel it and receive a refund in full. If you cancel and your goods still arrive, you must return them to us within seven days. 

Again, any unwanted items must be unused and in their original packaging for us to be able to do this.
